The company was founded in 2001 by Chris Wiggins and Julian Snape. Chris Wiggins Previously 15 years’ industry experience in sales, marketing and business intelligence. Prior to founding eVantage with Julian, Chris was the European Productivity Director for Knoll Pharma. In this position, Chris was responsible for introducing harmonised customer management methods, data strategies, and sales & marketing efficiency benchmarks across the European markets. Chris has spoken many times at industry meetings in the UK and across Europe, giving seminars in pharmaceutical productivity and customer targeting. Julian Snape Previously 10 years’ industry experience in sales, marketing and business intelligence. Prior to forming eVantage, Julian was the Sales & Marketing Productivity Manager for Knoll Ltd. This role comprised of managing the CRM processes and initiatives, sales & marketing reporting and implementing salesforce effectiveness strategies. Julian has spoken at numerous industry meetings, including international CRM congresses and at salesforce effectiveness workshops in the UK. With this level of industry experience, we can provide incisive and effective advice and solutions that will rapidly improve your business.
