As the largest and most significant investment for most companies, the organisation of the salesforce is of paramount importance. Any change in structure can be potentially disruptive and if allowed to be so will be counter productive in the short term.

Together with your project team we will identify the key factors for configuring territories, based on the relevant factors previously identified. A series of geographical maps and accompanying analysis would display the new structure. Once finalised we would produce all the necessary input files for use by internal support systems.

We use state of the art mapping software that is be able to show you many parameters including geographical layout, potential, value, and many other defined measures to display territory equivalences.

Typically a project can be turned round in about 3-4 weeks, depending on complexity and the amount of analysis required. Simple alignment with PCT or Strategic Health Authority boundaries can be done more quickly. This allows you to make the changes with as much planning as possible. minimising upheaval and any negative impact on sales.
